so im actually putting a little effort into this semester... not all subjects, just history and english so i dont fail... otherwise, im finished... i got accepted to adelphi, and theyre giving my $8000 a year, which is almost half the tuition... so yea, thats where im going... and to all those who say its not a good school, fuck you... 1) it actually is a decent school, academics wise... 2) they have a really good laser physics department, which is just awesome... 3) theyre getting me into columbia school of engineering after 3 years... 4) the school is 70% females... thats a 3.5:1 ratio of sexy girls to sexy me, but its more like 3:1 accounting for the fugly ones... anyway, thats pretty killer, considering the current school im in has no girls...

over the last few weeks ive really gotten into watching football... maybe its just that football is the only thing broadcast in high definition to watch on my bigscreen TV, but i think im truely interested... yea so lets go jets... by the way, im probably having a superbowl gathering... im calling it a gathering because the slight mention of a party would have every person within 7 degrees of my friends coming... and then id have to cancel for a 3rd, no 4th time... and then everyone would be pissed at joe cause he canceled the party... so right now unless i give you permission to invite others, you cant... sorry im bein a dick but thats the way its gotta be...

tim had surgery on his shoulder last friday... hes doin good... he gets 1 week off plus no written work until the end of time, but hes in pain so it sucks... well, feel better

its been one month, so i thought id update... ive been really busy

my grandma died on December 5th.... we knew it was coming, so at least it wasnt tragic, but it was still sad... i think my grandpa dealt with it the best... well, shes definitely in heaven now...

i missed 2 days of semester exams cause i got a stiff neck... it was probably the worst pain ive ever experienced, and ive gone through a LOT of pain... but i love vicodin, so it was all ok...

my christmas was good... it didnt really feel like the christmas season though... santa, er, my parents, got me a projector for the basement... 92" widescreen television + surround sound = sweetness... i practically live in my basement now



yesterday, adam and i drove all the way to montaulk... it was a fun drive, especially cruising at 80 mph on montaulk highway... those damn hicks are asshole drivers though... i drove over 200 miles yesterday... wow

new years eve in gonna be sic... my awesome family is coming... no need to explain further

hm, not much goings on lately... im almost finished single-handedly completing constuction in my basement, only drywall, spackle, sanding, eletrical work, and paint to go....

school is, school... im failing english, but thats what second semester is for... as long as i graduate without too much trouble ill be happy...

on friday i went with my grandma to the doctor to get her cast off... shes become really sick... i think her time has almost come...

later that night tim came over... i found my keys in his car... we went to blockbuster and got a movie... um... oh yea, "man on fire"... it was really good, but denzel washington dies at the end... therefore, it sucked...

saturday... did nothing, went out to dinner with my parents...

today i went to the adelphi open house... they have a really good physics/engineering program, so ill be happy if i go there... the head of the physics department gave me a personal tour of the labs, it was pretty cool... they have some pretty crazy laser labs... maybe ill be like val kilmer in "real genius"...

after school i drove around with fitz, maciej, and potash... potash wanted to drive my car so i let him... on my way back some lady lectured me on how i wasnt "experienced enough" to drive fast... and then she took off and weaved in and out of traffic... fuckin woman hypocrite

i went home... brian came over and we fixed the neon in my car... and then we were goin out, but my moms car was behind mine, so we had to switch... i let brian take my car out of the driveway... bad idea lol... apparantely teitz cant drive... cause he went off my driveway by like 5 feet and bottomed my engine out on the curb... creating a rather large hole in my oil pan... causing oil to gush from my engine... yes, gush... spilling all over my driveway... my neighbor whos a fireman got stuff to soak up the oil and we put it on the road...

anyway... after that we had my traditional birthday dinner, fettuchini alfredo... then we had cake...

after dessert we went to the convenience store so i could buy cigars and porn... when the guy checked my ID, i got a happy birthday receipt from NYS lotto...

the guy at the audio place said that i would a $90 adapter to get it to work with my stock system... but i did it for $3.98 from radio shack... yea im awesome...

friday night i chilled with adam... we drove around, nothing too exciting... well, one thing... we raced a guy who was smoking crack... literally smoking crack... he had a crackpipe and everything.... funny shit...

saturday i installed my stereo and "went to the library"... AKA hung out with tim... then i taped the chami football game with ETV... bro. mike was really happy with our work, we did do a pretty damn good job...

today im goin to a b-day party for a family friend at umbertos... good food

tuesday after school i went to moving on sound to get my stereo fixed... they said it would be ready by 5:00 so i walked back to teitz's house and chilled... at like 4:45 adam stopped by on his mini-bike... we screwed around for like 15 minutes and then we went back to the audio place... my car wasnt ready yet so we hung around for like an hour... i had a doctors appointment at 5:45, which meant i was like 30 minutes late by the time i finished... and they didnt fix it

after the appointment, i went home... called tim to wish him happy birthday... he invited me over for cake, and how can i deny cake??... so i went to his house at like 7:00... i ate dinner at his house, then we walked to te-amo so he could buy porn, cigars, and lottery cards... we went back to his house, checked out the playboy, and smoked the cigars... they were Backwoods, which turned out to be pretty good... then we ate cake and went to dunkin' donuts for coffee... we were standin in the parking lot talking and all of a sudden this guy drives in real fast and jumps out and runs into the store mumbling shit like "yea im a freak... but you didnt have to fuckin break up with me" blah blah... and we were like, shit, dont be so hard on yourself... and as hes comin out, he kept sayin "i hate everything, i hate this country"... and we were like,fuck, hes gonna blow shit up... after that we went back to tims and i went home...

alright so halloween turned out to be kickass...

adam and brian stopped by and we drove around in my car for a few hours... got some kfc... i raced a guy in a saab... got owned off the line but i came back from pretty far back... then we went back to my house and drove around in adams car... he was doin a burn-out on a sidestreet and the parents of trick-or-treaters got really pissed and started running towards our car and we almost hit them... and then he had a beer in his glovebox so i threw it out the window... it was crazy...

went home, ate dinner...

i picked adam up and then went to brians... from there we went to allison's to pick her up... but she wasnt ready so we picked up karen and then got allison... on the way to sweet hollow road her car overheated so we parked it at my house and everyone went with me... we went to sweet hollow road, which was freaky if u turned out your headlights, but otherwise was a waste of time... karen had to go home so we dropped her off... and it was teitz's bedtime so we dropped him off... then we were bored so we drove down to long beach and cruised around there for a little... everyone was tired plus allison has school on monday so i went back to my house and they left...

lots of little shit happened in there... i think we're all on crack... it was good times...
